As a licensed professional counselor I provide a mind-body centered counseling approach to mental health. Mind-body counseling work restores joy, vitality, hope, physical well-being and intimacy with others by freeing up emotional blocks in a safe and supportive manner. Grief, depression, anxiety, stress, and couples conflicts. This approach is especially effective in releasing psychological traumas that underlie physical symptoms. My practice includes counseling for couples, marriage, adolescent, family. I have over 25 years experience. My services also include Telemedicine.
